If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we've got your back! In most cases we offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your Dancing Dust grip. You can return your Grip for store credit, a different grip, or a refund to the original payment method if nothing is suitable.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy
Below are some examples of exceptions.
- Grip products once opened cannot be returned for a refund
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of usage
- Returned items must be postage within 5 days of being sent the postage label
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and items that you wish to return
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
Send all items back in original packaging (with tags) using the label provided
Once we have received and inspected the items for damage or wear, we will contact you with a number of options to either receive a refund, store credit or help find the appropriate product or size to reship.
The turnaround will vary due to the time your items takes to arrive at our warehouse. We will ship the item with 1-2 working days of receiving your item return.
In the unlikely event that the item is damaged upon arrival: Please note that all items that come directly from our Melbourne warehouse are inspected prior to delivery for quality control purposes. It is your responsibility to also inspect the item upon arrival and notifying us of any problems immediately. We will not accept returns or exchanges for damaged items or product defects after 7 days (from the date the parcel arrives at your door).
Costs that may be incurred by the buyer:
In the case that your item is damaged and must be returned we will cover the shipping costs
In the case your item does not fit and you wish for a refund, you will incur postage return costs
In the case your item does not fit and you wish for a store credit or exchange we will cover the postage and restocking costs up to one exchange / store credit. Any exchanges or store credits of the same items is at the cost of the buyer.
